What is a lead?
A lead is a user's contact information collected when they complete a quiz. You only use a lead when you access the user’s contact details in your dashboard.
What are bonus leads, and how can I get them?
After signing up, you can complete simple tasks like creating a quiz, embedding it on your website, and getting your first leads. By completing these tasks, you can earn up to 10 bonus leads per month.
What happens if I get more leads than my plan allows?
Your quiz will continue working, but any additional leads beyond your plan’s limit will be charged separately based on your pricing tier.
What happens to my quiz if I stop paying?
Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan, and your quizzes will remain active. We don’t disable your quizzes, and you’ll still receive leads. You can access them anytime if you decide to return.
Where do I receive notifications about low lead limits?
Notifications are sent to your email when you have fewer than 10 leads left or when your balance reaches zero.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can switch plans anytime. If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan, your unused leads will remain available.
Are there any limits on quiz creation?
No, there are no restrictions. You can create unlimited quizzes and projects on all plans.
What’s the difference between the Start and Pro plans?
The Start plan includes 30 leads per month. The Plus plan offers 100 to 5000 leads per month. Unlike the Plus plan, the Start plan does not include the ability to invite people to a project for collaborative quiz editing, hide the Marquiz logo, upload your own video, insert custom code into a quiz, export leads to .CSV, or link your own domain to a quiz or project.
What happens to my features if I switch from the Plus plan to the Free plan?
Previously configured features will remain active. For example, your linked domain will not be removed, but you will not be able to add a new one.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with any card or via PayPal.
How can I pay for multiple months at once?
You can prepay for six months and receive a 15% discount.
